Texts in *one long line*, that should be sent reformatted with lenghts ≤
72, are this and next lines (but I am seeing them flowed to 4 lines,
respectively, due to options "mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width;false"
and "mailnews.wraplength;72" above).
I wasn't referring to .swp files. I was referring to the filename~
files. The .swp files are automatically deleted when vim is closed. The
~ files hang around. Many distros have 'set backup' in their /etc/vimrc
file.
