No, it is not. DNS has no concept of HTTP nor the pathnames used by HTTP daemons. SRV records were created to do a similar thing, to redirect per service to non-default ports, but even so, this is not implemented in HTTP. You will need to do a redirect in HTTP; follow up in the documentation for your HTTP daemon and in the support forums therefor.
