Shot in the dark, but does anyone know how the NIH Biowulf admins manage their applications and versions? E.g. do they have a CI/CD build process or is it a manual process to install and configure applications?
If the former what do they use? E,g, Puppet or Ansible? Context – was talking with someone that wanted to align their local cluster applications with Biowulf, as well as be able to have the same set using ParallelCluster for burst when they need it. Thanks! -angel
