Google "proxy list." Find a list with a secure and fast one in the UK. If you use Firefox, install the FoxyProxy add-on. Configure it to use this proxy (you can even set it to only use this proxy for bbc, but avoid the proxy for all other traffic). It's pretty straightforward, so I won't get into it here.
