DARPA is fairly straighforward in their stuff.. At least as long as it's not classified. They may not publish in obvious places, but the info is available if you hunt around. Don¹t forget it's an enormous bureaucracy, so things take a long time to propagate through the system. DTIC is where most of the stuff eventually winds up, but it could easily be a couple years to get there. Early results probably get published at conferences.
