To be fair to the Torque devs I did say that the release versions don't have GSSAPI support, but there is a GSSAPI branch in SVN. But I don't think it gets much development and probably even less testing which leads to a chicken/egg situation. Nobody is going to deploy Kerberos on a cluster if it'll break the queueing system and nobody will get GSSAPI support into a queueing system if there's not clusters needing it which can tolerate downtime and lost jobs to get it working. cheers!
