So, on the third terminal, you can ask it which module it is finding
that the others aren't:
perldoc -l Algorithm::Permute

PERL5LIB, perhaps? You can use that environment variable to try out a
module without installing it "for real".
Another one to check is PATH; you could be using a different perl
binary without realizing it.
