The language word 'format' should be in lower case, and each of your fields
should start with an at sign. like this:
format RF =
@<<<<<<<<<<<<< @< @<< @< @< @< @< @< @< @<< @<< @<< @<<
$name, $age, $nat, $st, $tk, $ps, $sh, $agg, $kab, $tab, $pab, $sab
