Dear Hotkitty, your question has nothing to do with Perl and we (this newsgroup) cannot do much. Perl is a software piece and the fact that your provider installs it and makes it available is only a matter of what they want to offer. There is no technical reason to give you access or not to a Perl interpreter just marketing. If you are unhappy look for another provider.
