I need to discard the first 9 lines of input before I get to the data I'm interested in...
I'm using:
for (1..9) { <>; }
... but that feels a little wordy. Is there a more terse way to do it? (I
love how terse perl can be!) I tried "<>x9;" but that didn't work...
