To access an OLE/COM servers properties/methods
use the Win32::OLE module.
Note that Win32::OLE only supports the IDispatch interface
ie. custom interfaces are not supported.
Learn more in the Win32::OLE docs.
A trivial example follows

use Win32::OLE;
my $obj = new Win32::OLE("MyObject.Class");
# Set a property
$obj->{MyProperty} = 1;
# Call a method
$obj->MyMethod();
# Destroy the object
