God knows.
I mean your script sends some data to a script running on the server,
how could we know what is the other script going to use the data for?
By this POST you are just faking a user typing the username and
password and submitting a form like this:
<form action="URL">
<input type=hidden name="no_auth" value=1>
<input type=hidden name="submit_login" value="Login">
<input type=text name="user">
<input type=password name="pwd">
