Or still shorter:

while (my @result = $dbh->dbnextrow) {
    print "<TR>", map( "<TD>$_</TD>", @result ), "</TR>";
}

Or more beautiful (:-))

use CGI qw/:standard/;

while (my @result = $dbh->dbnextrow) { 
   print Tr td \@result;
}
