Assuming you want a comma between those last two:
print join(',', map {chomp; "'$_'"} <DATA>), "\n";

Or, if you want an array in there:
chomp(@list = <DATA>);
print join(',', map "'$_'", @list), "\n";
__DATA__
AAPL
AMCO
IBM
ORCL
