Do you have the ability to edit the script? My favorite is
use lib ( "/path/to/dir" , "/path/to/other" , "/even/more/dirs" ) ;
although a BEGIN push also works. Check out
perldoc lib
for more info.

You might check for 'librar{y,ies}' or 'module' instead of just
'include'...
