I noticed that it's not available from ActiveState's repository so if anyone
using ActiveState Perl 5.6.x (builds 6xx) on Windows needs the module
and doesn't have a compiler there is a binary distribution in my PPM
repository
ppm> set repository Jenda http://Jenda.Krynicky.cz/perl/
ppm> set save
ppm> install DBD-SQLite
