Make sure that all $options{$key}->{type} values are defined:
foreach my $key ( keys %options ) {
$options{$key}->{type} = ‘’ unless defined $options{$key}->{type};
}
Substitute something else for ‘’ depending upon where you want to sort
undefined {type} values in your sort order.
