Hi Shan, What Perl have you got installed? ActiveState's or Strawberry's? They will have their own means of installing modules, PPM for Activestate and the cpan shell for Strawberry. If you can provide a bit more information we can tell you how to get that module installed. BTW, it's perl or Perl, but never PERL.
