If your on Debian Stretch, here are teh 3 versions of Xenomai:

http://repos.rcn-ee.net/latest/stretch-armhf/LATEST-ti-xenomai

To install one, just run:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install linux-image-(kernel tagfrom list)
