These should be:

dhcp-range=usb0,192.168.7.1,192.168.7.1,20m
dhcp-range=usb1,192.168.6.1,192.168.6.1,20m

That is really odd, let's try resetting things..

cd /opt/scripts/tools/
git pull

and

sudo apt update
sudo apt install bb-usb-gadgets

Then reboot, and let's check SoftAp0
