That actually covers everything. This is my first board to get fabbed and 
assembled, and I didn't know that the pin headers could be cut (and was 
looking for each size separately). I found the part numbers for the Hirose 
mating connector already, but thank you. Many thanks for such a quick 
reply, and for making this board.
