Some basic voltage measurements on P9 (relative to 1,2):

3,4: 0
5,6: 5V
7,8: 1V
9: 3v
10: 0v

(This is with a 5V PS plugged into the 5V barrel jack.)

Looks like the Power Supply circuit died...
