JOB DUTIES:
Position is for FUZE application and user support for the Engineering teams in Verizon Wireless. Users submit trouble tickets for various issues encountered while performing their job duties. Support will respond and resolve user issues and also troubleshoot application performance issues.

*Experience in Wireless Cell Build Process

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or healthcare-related field is preferred - Experience with Web-base applications, SOA (Services Oriented Architectures) and Web application servers ( BEA Weblogic, Websphere) - Competency in relational database structures, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL - Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio) - Programming language such as C, C++, Visual Basic or Java. 1 to 5 years of experience.
