/dev/ttyUSBx is for USB-based UARTs.  If you connected a USB-based UART to 
that port, then yes.

In Linux, drivers are loaded automatically based on USB classes defined by 
the USB device. Accessing the device depends on the device type.


The USB host cannot be used to create "gadget" or "slave" devices, but the 
USB0 can.
