Any SD, SDHC, or SDXC should work on any BBB. As long as you don't try to 
use any "funny" cards such as the old non-standard 4 GB SD models, you 
shouldn't have any issues.
Note that for programming and booting a full system image (with desktop 
interface) you really want an 8 GB or larger SDHC card.
Otherwise you can use any cards that you want and put any filesystem on 
them that you want that Linux supports.
