No, "60e" I'm 99% sure has to do with refresh rate( frequency ). Frames per
second has nothing to do with setting up a monitor . . .

You could always download the support files for a known working / well
respected LCD screen, and pour over the information . . .  Either that or
do a google search for "linux how to edid config"
