Yes i am able to do that. I am able to create serial connections but it is
specifically not working with the CNC.

By serial connections i mean the following:
I jumpered the rx of UART1 to tx of UART4 and tx of UART1 to rx of UART4.
I then opened up two terminals. One had UART1 setup and the other had UART4.
And I got the data i sent in using UART 1 terminal on the UART4 terminal
and vice-versa.
