I need to add one external rtc (stm,m41t82) for our project purpose. i am integrating the external rtc (stm,m41t82)through i2c2 channels. i2cdetct -y -r 2 command shows my rtc is detect in 0x68 address. after that i tried this one echo mt4182 0x68 >/sys/bus/i2c/devices/i2c-2/new_devic i couldn't find out the name which i given to rtc to executing the following command. cat /sys/class/rtc/rtc1/name i am refering the below document for rtc purpose http://www.crompton.com/hamradio/BBB_realtime_clock/ could u please help me to resolve this issue. -- For more options, visit http://beagleboard.org/discuss --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BeagleBoard" group.
