Well going by what little information is at hand I can only guess that this
"tutorial" is based on the 3.8.x kernel where there is a capemgr. kernel
3.14.x does not have a capemgr. But judging by the error output, this is
exactly what the "library" is trying to do. Use capemgr through some sort
of abstraction.

Again though, this is working with the data at hand. As I know absolutely
nothing about this framework, library, or whatever it is. You should
probably contact the author as to why your code / configuration is not
working.
