I just found out I created a whooooole bunch of files using Legacy Mac

and close?

You can easily adjust all those files with a text factory.

To do so, just create a new text factory (File -> New -> Text Factory), select the "Change Line Endings" action and configure it, then click the "Choose..." button to target those files (or their parent folder), and click the Run button at the bottom right to apply the factory to the selected files.
