The "Classic" Arrange Windows dialog had nine options for arranging windows. I used it all the time. Sometimes I'd want windows side by side, sometimes all stacked the same width.
The new, improved Arrange has only one option, cascading, and no dialog box. If you want to arrange your windows any other way you have to do it manually and save it as a view preset. Thanks, but no thanks.
