Hi there:
I have a document that insists on opening as "Unicode UTF-8, no BOM".
I change it's encoding in Document Options to "Western ISO-Latin-9"
and save it, but when I open it again, it's back to Unicode.
Any clues?
I'm changing it to "Western ISO-Latin-9" because sometimes I get a
message saying that the document encoding is malformed or damaged
Unicode. ... ???
