What do you mean by test it? Do you want to use a named conditional in your regular expression?
If that is what you want to do, named conditionals are not currently supported. (Yes, I have a feature request logged.)
Due to the way the regular expression that you specify in your CLM is used inside of BBEdit, you can't use positional backreferences or positional conditions and get the correct answer - you have to use named references.
