Hi, finally i've tested that option but still failing... speed test is the best 
with that blocksize, but if it fail i'll to use other. 

I've tried all blocksize of bareos "Speed Tuning of Tape Drives" doc, and all 
under 262144 (256K) works perfect, but all above that size fails...

Tapeinfo shows this:
MinBlock: 1
MaxBlock: 16777215
BlockSize: 0
