So noted, thanks. I'm sure the tape is fine, the problem is that when we have power outages during a backup my network goes down and then Bacula gets confused. I have UPS on bacula-dir machine and tape drive controller and tape drive, just one LAN switch that still needs to be connected to a UPS... and that's causing the problems.
