Install the bacula-client in each VM to back up the VM's. We have about 20 VM's running on Xenserver 6.2 hosts. If you want to backup VM Images, you'll need to either write a script run on the Xenserver 6.2 hosts to snapshot/export the images or purchase software designed to backup Xenserver VM images.
