Hi experts.
I got an backup server that runs bacula director and storage, also the
server is a client too. The server periodically exports the backups to an
external device via bextract, with the folowing syntax:
# bextract -b /path/to/bsr/file/xxx.bsr /path/to/volumes/ /destiny/ >
/dev/null
The command is called via script scheduled by cron and restores about to 6
backups. The issue I'm facing is that the volumes must be manually deleted
via shell to free space on disk for new backups and this make the .bsr file
become "outdated". When the bextract tries to extract he look to an already
deleted volume and quits with an error that "the volume xxxxx was not
found".
How do I make bextract look for the right volume file?
The /path/to/volumes/ always contain a volume. The other backups are done
fine since there are more volumes available.
Any other information neeeded please reply.
