Puting a whole instalation into /etc hierarchy is not a good idea. There are
/etc for config files, /bin and /sbin for binary app files and /var for
frequently changed and temporary data. Use it. If you need to put everything
into a one directory tree use /opt/bacula instead of /etc/bacula. It just my
0,02usd... :)
