Well, let's see...
You have no newline or semicolon separating 'dbuser = “bacula”' from
'passoword=”password”'.
Also, in the same line, you misspelled password.
Also, in the same line, 'IP address' isn't a valid IP address. Bacula
is probably trying in vain to resolve that as a hostname.
