I think that possibly a DVD size limit is better! Is it possible to make sure that only 1 backup job uses a volume, and that new ones are created for other jobs?

Be wary of using fancy labels that include the date etc when the volume can be re-used at a later date, because the violume name will then be very misleading. It's only really useful for volumes that will only be written once. -- Mike Holden I have the following in my definition, Volume Use duration = 23h This means that the volume will be used for a maximum of 23hrs -- If my understanding is correct, this can only be used for 23h after it's created? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------ This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Verizon Developer Community Take advantage of Verizon's best-in-class app development support A streamlined, 14 day to market process makes app distribution fast and easy Join now and get one step closer to millions of Verizon customers http://p.sf.net/sfu/verizon-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Bacula-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/bacula-users
