Is your storage on the machine you are logged in to bconsole with? Also you do know that using 127.0.0.1 and/or localhost in your bacula configuration files means that bacula will only backup the machine it is on and nothing else (well unless you use a ssh tunnel but that is generllly for getting through a firewall to a remote network).
