Oh. In the visualized guests you should disable the output to the
console instead. I had to do that with openvz.
Edit the /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf
so that the following lines are commented out:
#destination console_all { file("/dev/tty12"); };
#destination console_all { file("/dev/console"); };
#log { source(src); destination(console_all); };
