Can anyone help me with the volume management?
I want to make a full backup on every 1st on every month, 2-31 to make a
incremental:
Schedule {
Name = "MonthlyCycle"
Run = Level=Full on 1 at 3:03
Run = Level=Incremental on 2-31 at 3:03
}
Also want to keep the backups for a month (full and incremental).
Pool {
Name = some
Use Volume Once = yes
Pool Type = Backup
LabelFormat = "Vol-"
AutoPrune = yes
VolumeRetention = 1 month
Maximum Volumes = 31
Recycle = yes
}
What volume will be pruned and recycled after a month? The 1st folume
Vol-001 will be the full backup, Vol-002 to Vol-031 will be incremental.
