First of all, it's quite important to know why it's been marked as 
"Error". You can look that up in the log file Bacula, by default, 
writes. A grep for the volume name should tell you something.

So it's likely there was an error reading from this volume. If that's 
all you can simply try to update this volume's status to "Used" and 
hope that fixes everything. Just use the "update volume=002045L4 
status=used" command in bconsole.

That would be migration, but the volume needs to be usable for this, too.
