The problem is that walks from from the top, so it excludes /tmp/test/a2
before it ever sees /tmp/test/a2/1.
You need something like this:
Include {
Options {
wilddir = "/tmp/test/*/1"
wild = "/tmp/test/*/1/*"
wilddir = "/tmp/test/*"
}
Options {
exclude = yes
wild = "/tmp/test/*/*"
}
File = /tmp/test
}
