Is the catalog up to date and represents the actual autochanger 
inventory? You can check that with a query for the autochanger 
contents, and update using the 'update slots' command.

Did your btape tests run correctly?

If the configuration is correct, and the slots are updated, you can 
try producing a debug trace file of the SD and see what happens to 
prevent it from mounting the tape.
