No, you can't use wildcards in the File= line. Look at the final example in
http://www.bacula.org/rel-manual/FileSet_Resource.html#SECTION001510000000000000000.

Yes, I think you will need two filesets, two schedules and two jobs. Fileset=
is not a valid option in the Schedule.
