Okay, I've been working through this, and changing my bacula-dir.conf
file.
I restarted my bacula daemons. Tuesday morning is the next backup, so
we'll see what changes! :-)

Well, since my files are on always present USB disks, and nothing
changes, in terms of tapes or things that I can barcode, etc., the
filename and the last modified date/time of the files are the main things
I have to go by, to determine when the backup was.
