That means your catalog is in a state it should not be in.

To fix this you make sure no job runs (or even shut down the DIR) and 
use the program dbcheck.

If these errors happen again it's time to investigate - usually this 
sort of catalog inconsistency indicates a more serious problem 
somewhere. In other words, it should not happen
