You can either relabel it using btape (writelabel is the command if I
recall correctly), or mark it as Full and wait until Bacula recycles and
reuses it (in which case it ignores the current data on the tape as long
as it can read the label).

You might try throwing bscan at it to see whether it can recover some
information from the media. Read the manual for more details, for example:
